Despite "listening" to the issues, don't feel anything was accepted as being an issue. As a long standing supporter of Pitchero this is very disappointing. When discussing functionality and workload, the suggestions to both increase our subscription fee and train our coaches and managers to become admins (again, already been this route) as a workaround doesn't deal with A. the lack of FA Fulltime feeds for our 20+ sides and B. we would be significantly worse of in terms of retained revenue if we followed the advice to upgrade our subscription. Poor. Result. evaluating where we go as a club.

Poor Customer Service, no willingness to help or listen to what was discussed in a 40 min phonecall. Finally insulted by the email sent by your advisor, didnt research or look at our website before suggesting a solution. Finally could not even spell the team name correctly

When I put score in it deleats it after 5seconds, also I cannot put player profile in or try scorers and conversions.

Used to be good but now the adverts are getting too big and hiding good content. Our club is now trying to build its own because of too many adverts. Also too many frustating unwanted videos keep auto running - don't want them to start automatically.

Not quite sure what has happened this season but the way messages are pushed to my parents has changed. They are now tagged with a conversation number and email filters are pushing them into spam. It’s not for my parents to check their junk folder to see if there are any messages. Unfortunately pitchero is now untenable as a communications platform for my age group and I am now checking out a return to Teamstuff and even just a whatsapp group to allow me to communicate in confidence. This tagging of messages has to change or pitchero is not fit for purpose. It worked and you broke it!!!

Since the last upgrade I find it much more complcated and less user friendly, making every issue I have to deal with more onerous and time consuming.

It not very user friendly and UI is poor. The phone app is awful.

Club app is a disaster - should not have been released generally with all of the flaws it has had. It has great potential, but the teething problems are inexcusable and are putting users off - and it is our club that bears the brunt of that not Pitchero.

The website is fantastic and really easy to use. However the apps have got worse with recent updates. They are now more confusing to use which is becoming a barrier to persuading parents to start using it. Is there any way the pitchero club app could be simplified so parents only see information relevant to their own childs teams? They can then use the main website for more club specific events and information?
