“Excellent service, I'm not very good at technology and I couldn't load my picture correctly, so the online chat helpline was brilliant. Richard was so helpful. Even after I ordered my photo jigsaw, I realised I'd chosen the wrong picture and they were so helpful over the phone too! I had emails telling me where my parcel was and it was super quick delivery I ordered it on Thursday and I did pay extra for the Monday delivery but it arrived on Saturday before! I would recommend this company and I will use them again.”

“The service was incredible. Order placed at 9.30am, e-mail telling me it was printed at 9.40, another saying it was completed and ready for collection by courier at 10.00am, and then a final one saying it had been collected at midday. Royal Mail then confirmed delivery by e-mail as well. Nver had service like it. Well done.”

“Ordered a personalised thermos mug, it arrived but unfortunately it was damaged by the couriers. I sent in photos to the customer service team and within 30 minutes I had a reply from a lady called Natalie. She arranged a replacement and I received it the next day ! Wonderful customer service and a great product. Would definitely recommend and would like to highlight how kind and helpful Natalie was . They are brilliant ! A very happy customer !”
