“This year has been very challenging for business owners for so many reasons, one of which is all the changes to Facebook advertising. We had tried other agencies but we were just not happy with the results we were getting. Then we tried going out on our own and doing the ads ourselves, and that proved even less results. We are so happy that we found Pixel Penguin. We've been using them for a few months now and we are so happy to say our sales keep increasing month after month. They really do look after everything and allow us the ability to do what we do best, and that's create and design products, customer service, and of course packing orders. “Our experience with Pixel Penguin Media started around six months ago. At that point in time we were doing everything in-house. We'd worked with a couple of agencies here and there, but we never really felt that agencies were able to give us the results we were looking for. And at the same time, we never felt like someone was able to give us the constant attention and focus needed to help us reach our goals. So we decided to give Pixel Penguin Media a shot, and ever since we did, we've been crushing our numbers. We've been hitting and exceeding all our goals in terms of revenue, and the team is super helpful, super experienced. They know what they're talking about. They're constantly following up, doing calls, staying active in the group chat. Their intentions are genuinely there to help you grow, because at the end of the day, they feel that if they don't help you succeed, they will not succeed as an agency. “We had them join our team in September of 2020. Before them, we weren't actually running anything on Facebook. Since having them come on and do that for us, sales have gone through the roof. We've had a record month on sales every month since having them join, every single month. They know all the ins and outs of Facebook ads. They're always changing things up, making little adjustments here and there. They're never going to settle with good enough, they're always pushing harder, which we love. That's exactly the kind of people you want in your corner. And they are just so easy to work with. So helpful. They have taken that load off our shoulders, because we wouldn't have been able to be where we're at right now if it wasn't for them. That means a lot when you're trying to grow a business. We love working with them and we are going to continue working with them for the foreseeable future. If you don't know who you should go with and you want someone to run your Facebook ads, go with Pixel Penguin!”

“Working with the PixelPenguin team has always been smooth and a very good experience. Communication has been proactive and quite consistent, and there has been a strong sense of ownership in managing ongoing tasks and priorities. The team has always maintained a proactive approach, ensuring everything is executed on time. From a performance standpoint, there has been consistent progress over time, with noticeable improvements across revenue. We saw a very good overall revenue growth in the very first few months. Their approach to creative strategy and quality of creatives is very good, and campaign planning has always been discussed with us, with well-thought-out creatives and structured campaign execution contributing to overall performance.
