Refund - Difficult

Ordered and had missing items. Tried to contact but no one answers the phone. I stopped by and the manager was rude and insisted on store credit instead of a refund. I’m going to troll this business until they give me my money back.

When I asked for a refund they told me I was going to have to go through my credit card to file a complaint and that they were going to have to investigate.

Not only did they not have a Coke or Pepsi diet or regular they did not refund the money they charge me for the soda.

Refusing to refund items not delivered. Offered a 15 quid voucher after supplying wrong items that could have caused serious allergic reactions as well. Haven’t contacted the actual restaurant in the process of looking into complaint.

I called the store and they stated they couldn't issue me a refund, but they would reach out to their DM and have their DM issue a credit.

I ordered a pizza and the machine/card reader wasn't working so I had to run to a ATM and get cash, they proceeded to leave when I went to grab money then they, let my pizza get cold, I finally paid for the food and went to go eat it when I figured out he was eating it in my car there was only 8 pieces left, I called the Pizza Hut I ordered from and ask for a full refund and a free pizza then these kids that worked there blocked my number, this is unbelievably disrespectful to me and my kids.

I called back again explain that I ordered through Pizza Hut app not door dash and at this point I want my refund.

Ordered pizza on line at 5:00pm , 2 hours after order was placed I called to see where pizza was. They said they were busy and would be up to 2 hours as they had not even made it yet. Family of 5 went without supper. Then they can’t refund me for 5 days. No contact from the store, no sorry, nothing from Pizza Hut other than a very rude customer rep.
