“ I got the pizza so small . So I hope I can get the refund ”

“ Refusing to refund items not delivered. Offered a 15 quid voucher after supplying wrong items that could have caused serious allergic reactions as well. Haven’t contacted the actual restaurant in the process of looking into complaint. ”

“ I called the store and they stated they couldn't issue me a refund, but they would reach out to their DM and have their DM issue a credit. ”

“ I ordered a pizza and the machine/card reader wasn't working so I had to run to a ATM and get cash, they proceeded to leave when I went to grab money then they, let my pizza get cold, I finally paid for the food and went to go eat it when I figured out he was eating it in my car there was only 8 pieces left, I called the Pizza Hut I ordered from and ask for a full refund and a free pizza then these kids that worked there blocked my number, this is unbelievably disrespectful to me and my kids. ”

“ Ordered pizza on line at 5:00pm , 2 hours after order was placed I called to see where pizza was. They said they were busy and would be up to 2 hours as they had not even made it yet. Family of 5 went without supper. Then they can’t refund me for 5 days. No contact from the store, no sorry, nothing from Pizza Hut other than a very rude customer rep. ”

“ Ordered our meal and the drinks turned up quite quickly, but after an hour no food, we asked the waiter who blamed it on the previous shift for not restocking ??? After another 20 minutes we spoke to the manager and was told that there must be something wrong with the system as our order was showing (although we had our drinks ordered at the same time ??) She told us it would be out in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later no food had arrived, by this time we’d had enough and asked for a refund. ”

“ They you never came with the pizza we called and asked for a refund they couldn’t do that either until the next day they did give us the refund back for a pizza. ”

“ Pizza was delivered by door dasher no pouch to keep pizza warm she just handed me the cold pizza carton. The pizza was disgusting cold half baked I called but could not get anywhere. Finally.i connected with the store the kid that answered sounded like he was 10 years old said he'd give me a refund I dought it. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. ”
