Refund - Difficult

Order on my way home from work, the young lady that answered didn't know the difference between italian sausage or regular. Ask for candian bacon, she said black olives, I replied "no". Got to the place my order was totally wrong. As I was watching she was making a pizza, no gloves, wiping hands on her jeans. Got a refund and went to Miniskys pizza. Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut espeically when no one are wearing gloves.

Give the money a few days to process, then try calling back for a refund.

Made an order 10 days ago and at delivery time I was called by branch to be told that ingredients not available and that I have to claim refund from customer service. 10 days and still no refund for an ordered cancelled by them. AVOID! big name but poor customer service.

I said if you cancel my order, that’s fine, I have paid for my order so process my refund.

When I went in they tried to give me the food that is now over an hour old and refuse me a refund when I wouldn't accept the old food.

I have then had to chase you to raise a complaint to get my money refunded too me, as the shop had told me they hadn't taken the money, I have then had to wait a week to get you to agree to refund my money, another few days til its refunded on my card.

10813 Hull ST Rd Midlothian Va They wear the same gloves for everything...even picking things up off the floor. Manager Alex doesn't wear a mask when making Pizzas. Customers are lied to. 1/2 our order didn't make it into the oven. We were told we had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. We were also told by Alex that if we wanted a refund that we had to email the request in. Press for an address or ask about the mask and he gets upset.

If the customer has paid for buffet, they should serve what the customer asks for or simply refund.

So I called customer services to get a refund they I needed a receipt.

it never arrived, they did not answer the phone again? I am still waiting for my refund of £20 nearly 3 weeks later because I paid on my card! Appalling service!! Customer service take 30 mins to answer the phone and I have received no apology.
