Late delivery, I am still waiting to see the state of the flowers when they do arrive. Terrible customer service from the "friendly customer service team" if they use a third party for delivery and have no say or involvement in any of that then they need to PUIT THAT CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE. 100 % customer satisfaction? I think not........

I ordered flowers for a birthday and did not receive any communication regarding the delivery tracking process.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift from Prestige Flowers, spending over £50 including delivery, and paid extra specifically for guaranteed Sunday delivery.

They use Royal Mail for delivery and say to allow an extra day for transit to Scotland.

Like everyone, my delivery has gone MIA, it was for a friend's wedding, they will be dead by the time she gets them or ever gets them.

I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.

He told me that they don't have control over delivery as they outsource it, and he didn't care that Royal Mail had lied on the tracking.
