What they dont tell you is that even though you select a delivery date if you live in scotland its 3-5 working days FROM your selected date, but it states an extra working day on there website, so by the time you get them there all wilted and look rubbish, when you complain they will not refund or offer compensation of any kind in my case customer service was shocking, sorry no photos still waiting for delivery

After struggling to place an order that went through on their website for next day delivery, I was then informed the day of delivery I had missed the cut off by 5 minutes so they were delivered the next day, defeating the object of the purchase.

I was really disappointed with the flowers for Mothers Day. The delivery was by Royal Mail and the flowers were wilted when they arrived and half dead by the middle of the week. Will not be ordering from them again as they were not cheap.

The flowers were not delivered on the date I selected. When I contacted customer care, the response was disappointing—they focused on stating that delivery isn’t guaranteed and may take up to three days. This was not made clear during the ordering process and should be communicated upfront when customers are asked to choose a delivery date.

Thomas of prestige finally responded requested images which were shared clearly showing the dead flowers they offered a goodwill gesture of £5 how insulting they tend offered to replace the flowers but guarantee of either quality or delivery given.

I also thought on the Saturday, that I was ordering 'next day' delivery (Sunday) until I had a message saying they would be delivered on the Tuesday.

I received a notification on the actual day of delivery that Prestige Flowers had made an error during the dispatch process.

Delivery was late so missed a Birthday and when the Flowers do get delivered they will be withered after sitting around for 2 days in no water!!Second delivery that has been late and after paying for the delivery!! They don't care and just blame the 3rd party delivery company, Royal Mail. Won't be using them again!

Flowers Ordered for next day delivery- ie Sunday, were not delivered until Tuesday! 2 flowers were dead on arrival, and there were not as many blooms as advertised and paid for! The company just referred me to their T& C 's and said it was acceptable practise! No it definitely should not be.

Sending flowers to family just outside of the capital for her birthday I was happy to accept the next day delivery and pay the fee.
