“It took a long time for planet woo to respond in order for me to return my item. It has been received but nearly 3 months later still not received my refund. Have contacted the company Conscious citizen who informed me they received the item and issued refund back to planet woo but planet woo not responding .”

“I'm a new customer and placed my 1st order recently.Although there was a delay in my order being delivered,i received updates via email letting me know what was happening.l have now received my item and I love it!The cs agent was lovely and gave me me 10% off my next order.Always scared when ordering on a new site i've not not heard of,but it was fine.Already placed my 2nd order & received it a couple of days later.Very pleased.”

“I bought 13 boxes of Awkn drinks so that they would be enough for myself and my sister for the Christmas period and also up until our holiday in February. The drinks have arrived and only got 6 weeks until they expire. I have had these before and last time the expiry was 5 months away. I will be requesting a refund or the drinks swapping with a later batch”
