“Used the live CHAT to obtain info on shuttle bus service from Hotel to nearest town. I was asked by Jordan for my name and phone number...gave my name but not my number, which I didn't consider necessary...he replied with "is this some kind of joke to you"!
I just said "no good bye"
It would appear this person is probably paid commission for obtaining people's phone number and then a follow up phone call with hard sell tactics.

“We booked All inclusive holiday with flights . Total cost was £650 for 2persons.
They forced us on the phone to ad room with balcony, with is included in all rooms in this Resort. And booking fees, which is not mentioned in the website!
Totally different to advertising! We paid £930 . No Refund available!!! We found out that is to much different £290 from advertising after and ask for Refund. We Called 3 days, and complained, emailed, no response! Just waisted time. No refund available! If we wonder to go to another destination, we need to pay FULL price! No another option!
Use just trusted travel company’s.
Lower price is just false advertising on Plan My Tuor website.
We have all recorded calls and will give them to Police. They never answer the emails, just ask you to call them, for one reason. To scam you.
TrustPilot must ad to review photos. Like Google, for more evidence of bad company.
