“Received email from your company stating they couldn’t deliver to po box, so I gave them our street address. So on the day they were to arrive -nothing! The next day I tried to call your company and there were too many digits! Incomplete call! So I emailed and asked where my package was and the next day they told me to go to the post office!! I thought you couldn’t deliver there???? Went the next day and they were there!! Will not order from you again! Too much confusion!!”
