“Awful service. Basic plant care. Not helpful for knowledge plant owners. I am unable to contact customer service and I have attempted to cancel service through a contact number provided. I was told I had the wrong number. This is ridiculous!”

“worst online customer experience ive ever had...delayed order, no-one answers the phone or replies to emails..just a standard email to say the order is further delayed..they give another window of a week when they say they'll deliver then it doesn't show up again..seriously I wouldn't order from them in future”
