“I can’t say enough about Backbone. I’ve really enjoyed gaming with it. I can bring my Xbox games with me anywhere. Also no complaints about warranty either. I had some buttons just stop working on it and they exchanged it. Shipping was paid for too. In all I would recommend this product to anyone who is into mobile gaming. “It’s a game changer!!””

“Such a great thing. Been thinking about buying a Switch to get the travel size, but being more of a PlayStation user this was perfect. Good ergonomics, feels solid and easy "Netflix" like interface. Love it!”

“Excellent gameplay extremely fun buttons are fluid and functional I enjoy my Backbone controller had some malfunctions contacted customer support sent off to controller and it was replaced promptly after they received it I received a completely new controller thanks Backbone”

“Great product! Got it for Xmas last year and was playing nonstop until the left side stopped working. Backbone quickly replaced it and I’m gaming again with no problem. I’ve been out of gaming for a while but this sparked that love again. The Xbox ultimate pass is a great perk!”

“I had to return my controller due to an issue with the left toggle, that being said the Customer Service was amazing!! They sent me a return label the next day and I had my new controller in less than a week. Extremely pleased with the product and service Chris”

“My first backbone was giving some problems so I reached out to the customer service to get a replacement. Mind you my backbone was a gift that was given to me as a gift that was purchased in May..and I was reporting the problem in June. So I passed my 1-year warranty. But they were still generous to still process me another. The replacement came back within a week I believe. And on TOP of that when getting my replacement they gave me an adapter🥹. That showed me that they pay attention to detail & very observant. This proves to me that they care about your issue to resolve the matter. Because I had a 13 Pro max…I almost cried. Truly love & appreciate you guys!!!♥️Thank you so much.”
