“Having to take your phone out of the case every time has proven to be a detriment to general use. I also have yet to have a satisfactory experience playing either PS4 or XBox One remotely, although that could well be due to the remote capabilities of the consoles, but that is the primary reason I bought the Backbone.”

“I absolutely love the function and tactile response from this remote! Makes the gaming experience seamless. However, the app could use some updating. When I’m getting a text or notification that disrupts gameplay (like responding to a text or a call), going back to the app restarts the game I was playing.”

“It worked perfect for the first week then I started having problems with games loading. Now it keeps freezing up daily. Please fix this issue. Would be greatly appreciated if someone can get ahold of me and fix this issue.”

“It’s great joysticks and buttons work fine really feels like a controller I don’t know if y’all meant it to be portable and played everywhere but y’all should have a carrying case or travel bag for it I’ve just been using the black box it came in to take it places”
