“First I couldn't get logged on, despite being able to the previous evening. I tried resetting the password 3 times but each time it said it was successful, it still wouldn't let me log in.
I sent an email, as the only other way to contact them electronically was to log in first, but after a couple of days of no reply, I decided to try and reset my password again and this time it worked.
I woke up this morning and received an email from them saying they've reset my password and to use it to log in. Yes you've guessed it, I now can't log in again using the password they've supplied.”
