“I am deeply disappointed and feel misled by Plixis.com's subscription practices, which border on fraudulent. The representations of easy cancellation and flexibility led me to accidentally subscribe to an annual plan. Despite minimal usage and attempts to cancel, I was denied a refund, which violates basic customer rights and demonstrates non-compliance with ethical business standards. “THIS IS A BIG SCAM WATCH OUT!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM!!! One year ago I clicked in to this page and I left my details, i have never used the platform and not until today one year later when I see someone have drawn 569,85 € from my account i search on the company name. Even if they took my money just 2 h before, they say that they cant refund the money since the account is active. I have now sent the repport to their team where it shows i have only been loged in 1 time february 2023. THIS IS A BIG SCAM WATCH OUT!!!! Als the quality of service is super low when you compare to the market place. Date of experience: February 22, 2024”

“Here is a real review: Plixi.com is a real big scam - there is no trial - there is no refund - you will pay for it and loose your money. On the first couple of screens they collect the card info and will charge - in my case they charged per annum USD710 and another USD 800 for the autopilot - i lost usd 1610 instantly and when i cancelled within 2h of signup - i manage to cancel but funds never returned.”

“I signed up for the monthly, cancel Anytime subscription. Cancel Any times means you pay the annual fee whatever you sign up for and they cancel your account. So you don't even see if it works for the year. Nearly £300 down and no customer service or support. So disappointing!!”

“I believe the other reviews on here are fake. My experience has been the worst. My biggest regret was not looking at the reviews posted on TrustPilot which seem to be more genuine before signing up with this service. It was an impulsive move on my part. I signed up for their 'Expert' plan which clearly stated that I would get "AI Powered Growth Engine" and "Dedicated Instagram Manager". No one connected with me, and on my dashboard if I clicked AI powered- there was an added fee attached (even though I signed up for their highest paid plan!) I cancelled the subscription in 24 hours and asked for a refund. The message I keep receiving is that they will forward my query to billing but no one from billing got back to me- it's already been a week. I've now had to flag this charge with my credit card company. Absolute fraud. They also have a 14day money back if you're unsatisfied as per their Terms of Service, which they don't seem to abide by either. It's a scam. Don't waste your money.”

“If you’re looking for a real review of Plixi, here it is. Plixi is a complete scam site. This site looks legit and the customer service will even actually respond to you, but it is all lies. They will continue to bill you even when you delete your card information. Every followers is fake. Then they will continue to bill you.”

“Awful! Created an account and within an hour realised that it was not great, everything it says you will get is actually something you have to pay for. also it says it is getting you followers but when you check your account, they aren't followers. Their customer service is shocking - I was told to cancel my account and they would refund me, which I did but I haven't been refunded and now they won't reply to my live chats. Avoid at all costs!”
