“I am very disappointed with Plumbs customer service. My refund of £1000 plus was due on 27th June ' at the very latest" My bank tells me they have received notification the money 'is on the way ' but could take another week. This has to be deliberate. When engaging with Plumbs staff on the phone I kept being told about their service protocol. E mails replies a minimum of 48 hours. Phone calls not rreplied at all. Obviously I will never buy from them again but be careful folks.”
