I found the product I was looking for on the website and was delighted. However it was actually out of stock and discontinued I discovered a few days later. It was very disappointing as it had raised my hopes. I wish they ceased to advertise and allow orders to be placed when no longer available. Having said that, once they let me know they communicated with me very well and refunded my card quickly.

Item delivered was smashed on arrival. I was desperate for the toilet (not literally) so it was a real shame when it was not usable. Customer services were good with the refund but still had all the hassle of finding a replacement. Need a better packing / shipping service.

Horrendous service and not willing to help with returning the item. I was advised to use a pallet courier. When it was received back with them they refused the refund saying the item was damaged? I would have purchased a different cabinet as it was just the size was incorrect.

Ordered a toilet seat which took 11 days to arrive! On arrival it had been smashed in transit. So ordered a replacement one which arrived 10 days later but this time the plastic cellophane hygiene seal was broken on the toilet seat. On closer inspection it appeared to have yellow marks on the seat which looked like urine stains!!!! Also, the fixings were missing! Who is doing the checking in the returns department at the warehouse - no-one it seems! I got a refund and brought a seat locally without extended delivery leadtime and fitted within a day!

I have looked into this for you, unfortunately, this is currently out of stock with the manufacturer until week commencing 4th December, we will happily refund you immediately for this, please advise how you wish to proceed.

Goods were broken. Because I hadn't taken it out if the packaging to check it immediately they didn't refund or replace it citing their t&cs. Utter rubbish customer service.

No responsibility taken for own unreliable courier service. Ended up refunding me but wasted valuable time and energy. Avoid.
