“Quick to respond. They were able to send a plumber out the same day to give me a free estimate. I approved the work on the spot and the work was completed on the same day to an extremely high standard. Their fixed price to fit my own sink came in just over half the price of the 2 other reputable companies I had received quotes from. There was also a 1-year warranty given on their labour. Knowing personally that cheapest is not always best but on this occasion, it was by far the best service I could have asked for. A brilliant all-round service. I would call them again.”

“Have been using them for years. Always happy with the service, personnel and pricing. Now I am also using them for repairs in my recently purchased rental house in Paddington. They are reliable and experienced in working in older homes and buildings. Good, honest company!”

“When arranging to get my boilers annual service, I was very impressed with the service I received. When scheduling the appointment everyone I dealt with was responsive and polite. The gas man was on time, neat and extremely professional. Will use again next year.............”

“The plumber was super helpful and uninstalled my washing machine to get to a leaking pipe behind. He then reinstalled my washing machine at the end of the repair. Also really flexible when booking my preferred date. I was pleased with the price, within my means.”

“Absolutely the best people to deal with when you have an emergency plumbing issue. I have a disable wife and at 2 am in the morning our toilet blocked, this was an absolute nightmare. We have only one toilet in the house on ground level which my wife is able to access so needed someone out asap. I have used your company before for small plumbing issues during the day so quickly rang your number. I could not believe the high level of communication between the booking team and the drain specialist. He was at my door within ¾ hr and had the problem resolved quickly. Super helpful thanks”

“Very much appreciate the plumber working at my house late on Saturday night. We had a leaking boiler and was worrying us just in case the electrics were getting water damaged. Job completed straight away and I still had time for a good night’s sleep.”
