“Ordered shower tray it could not be fitted due to tray being malformed
Then ordered another one this also could not be fitted due to same problem.
After sending them pictures of the problem the error was agreed. And both trays taken away .
When I asked for compensation for labour to try and fit both trays
We’re offered nothing .this surely is a joke will now try everway possible to get compensated”
“Ordered two quadrant showers for a client who paid £527 for both including £58 for delivery, on arrival goods looked ok however when I went to install them found one glass panel with aluminium was damaged, and other had small fixing missing. All I was offered was £50 which doesn’t even covers the cost of delivery. 😒”
