“We have had boiler installed by Paul in 2020 then annual services with good service, speaking directly to Emma who always responded quickly on the phone including advice over the phone from an engineer saving a callout.. Rang for advice on boiler hot water failure last week, now goes to a call centre who only pass on details apparently. No help forthcoming and no callback or reply from Plumbing care even after emails sent and further calls to this call centre. Has this company shut down? It’s the same number for an emergency so would recommend going elsewhere, not impressed. Out of hours (5.15pm) the number doesn’t even ring anywhere.”

“After 6 years of reliable service, I will never be contacting them again. I have been calling them every day for over a week to check out a faulty boiler, and have received nothing but the repeated message of 'we have passed your request along to the team'. There has been no follow up, and no attempt to book a date and time they can come. They claim to have a 24/7 emergency phone number, but is only answered M-F 9-5, and there is no option to leave a voicemail. Paul is a great engineer, but this organization is unreliable, especially during an emergency. Avoid at all costs.”
