“Never again will I flight with Copa Airlines!
Copa airlines fail to tag my luggage when I was departing from SFO to Santiago Chile. My luggage was delayed 14 days of my 21 day vacation. They were rude and challenging to get a response to when I would receive my bag. They never offered any compensation during the 14 days. I was able to file a claim that they closed before I even received my luggage. I had to contact them again to get my claim reopened. I was offered 150.00 which in no way covered what I spent to replace some of the basic items.”
