I’ve checked the tracking and can see that your parcel was dispatched on Monday, which was DPD’s first collection after the weekend. Unfortunately, it was delayed on Tuesday due to an issue on the delivery route and was then successfully delivered on Wednesday.
For your postcode, the delivery service is DPD 1–3 working days, as shown at checkout and on your order confirmation. While your parcel was delivered within this timeframe, we appreciate how frustrating it can be to receive a delivery notification and then not have the parcel arrive as expected.
