Jared from Policywise was such a pleasure to work with. The exact insurer I had already been considering applying for, but hadn’t felt confident enough to go ahead with, was actually the insurer he recommended for me — without me mentioning it beforehand! So that gave me a lot of confidence in his recommendation straight away.
Not only that, but Jared made the whole application process seem so easy. Honestly, I felt like I hardly did anything 😆. It was like having a personal assistant taking care of all the miscellaneous stuff while I just read everything over and signed to approve it.
Throughout the whole process, Jared was always checking in to make sure I actually understood everything and wasn’t just nodding my head along. He explained concepts and jargon without me even having to ask, and if there were certain areas he felt were particularly important for me to understand, he would go back over them and explain them again.
What really stood out to me was that he genuinely seemed to want to do the best by me, rather than simply trying to sell me something. I really appreciated having someone who could give me an unbiased opinion from outside the actual insurance companies.
