“Advertise fake EXPRESS SHIPPING for a ridiculous price. Turns out it's not express, and they use the worst courier in Australia. They ignore your request to cancel, then wait over the weekend and only reply once ots shipped 4 days later. Tell us they won't refund the Snail mail postage that they MISADVERTISED and are rude and unhelpful. Tried to call them but their phones don't work.
