As of yet still no sign of goods. Placed order 10 days ago ( money taken at purchase) Received dispatch e-mail but 5 days later still no goods. Called poppy red to investigate was told potential delivery issue & that I would get a call back and the order placed for Special Delivery for the next day .....2 days later still no order. So no positive reviews. Hope someone can resolve urgently. 18/5/16: Update Order arrived after hold up with Royal Mail. Poppy Red resolved as best could. In the end happy with customer service received and will order with them again.

I had a great experience shopping at Poppy Red. I live in Los Angeles, US the shoes I bought for my son were shipped very quickly and arrived in less than a week. Unfortunately, they did not fit so I had to return them. My refund was processed immediately. I recommend shopping here not only because they carry great brands but also for their great customer service! I'll be shopping again soon!

Quick delivery, good price for shoes purchased. Would use Poppy Red again. Only improvement could be to include an invoice and details on how/where to return the shoes to if not suitable. There was no paperwork enclosed at all.

Very quick despatch. Received email with an update of my order when it was sent. The only negative thing I have to say and why i've given 4 stars, is for standard delivery it doesn't give you a lead time for delivery, either on the despatch email or on the delivery and returns part of the website. so I didn't know when to expect my order.

Product is lovely and reasonable price. Dispatch & delivery also prompt. There may be some issues with the website which need addressing (inability to change delivery address from billing address- also had sale stickers wrongly applied across a range of products)- but I can't fault the help and assistance I have had to try to resolve issues. Nor the patience with my email contact.

Their services were very good as when i returned my shoes for a refund i got the money on the allocated day. The reason for my return was only that they were too big as the sizes are big sizes.

Hi Zara, I have emailed you to ask that you amend this review. You purchased your item through our eBay store and requested to return it to us on 19th September. We acknowledged your request within 2 days and sent details of how to return the item to us but you didn't post it back until 30th. As soon as the shoes were returned, we refunded your payment (on 3rd October). I am sorry you feel dissatisfied but your review implies that we haven't dealt with your return request when in fact, we have. Shoes were lovely and very quality leather, unfortunately had to return them as they were small and narrow! Please avoid purchasing these if your little ones feet are too wide! Otherwise very nice shoes.

Bought kids star wars crocs and they are great quality. Was a bit worried about the delivery as it took about 10 days to receive them. But it was well worth it in the end :)

Ordered a pair of sandals and were told after 24 hours that are not in stock and have been offered a 10% discount on the next order. After less than 24 hours tryed to apply that discount on a further order but were advised that the offer had already expired. What kind of offer was that that wasn't even valid? I also did not get any email about the sandals being delivered. We did got them in time, but no updates.

Hi Gabriela I am sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order and very sorry to hear you didn't receive the level of service we pride ourselves on. Very occasionally, the same item sells twice within minutes, before the online stock has updated from the first purchase which it looks like happened with your sandal order. We always try to make amends by offering a further discount (usually 15%, not 10%) on anything else that you would like as a replacement. I am going to send a private message with a special offer code for you which would give you this further discount. You will be able to see from our many positive reviews that your experience was not typical of the level of service we provide and I do hope that you will give us a second chance and that you can see something you would like and take advantage of the discount code. I still have not received my item and my child had no shoes for her birthday!!!!! Very disgusting as I ordered a week in advance no tracking number nothing and I have been calling them no answer they are very poor in the area of service absolutely dusgusting!!!!!!

I haven't receive my purchase yet, and I bought them more than 2 weeks ago, almost 3. Never was able to see the track, so I don't where my item has been.

After almost one month my shoes still haven't arrived in The Netherlands. I wrote an e-mail to ask if Poppy Red knew what went wrong but I never got an answer.

Hi Anne-Marie I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your transaction with Poppy Red. I can see from the Royal Mail tracking information that the parcel did indeed take a long time to get to you despite us posting it out the day after receiving your order. We sent an email to you with the tracking details on 18th April at 4.54 pm. You contacted us when you hadn't received the item and we refunded your payment on 7th May and sent a confirmation - perhaps this went into your 'junk' email folder? I can see that the parcel was subsequently delivered on 11th May so you did eventually receive the shoes as well as getting a refund. I do feel that we did everything that we could to help with the problem of non-receipt but you will appreciate that once we have posted the item, there is not much that we can do unless we have further stock of the same item. I have however spoken to my team and asked them to make sure they communicate more clearly if there are any complications with orders, which thankfully are very infrequent. Once again, I am sorry that you feel dissatisfied with your transaction with us. You will see from our other reviews that this is not something which is typical and I would be very happy to have the chance to deliver our usual highly consistent level of customer service.
