“Every month I have to be on top of them in order to make sure my prescription is sent out to my insurance company, this has been a thing going on 3 months now. The first time I was able to bypass mail order and have it sent directly to my local pharmacy. The second month I received my prescription nearly 2 weeks past my renewal date. This month, I am now 5 days past my renewal date, I called my insurance provider and they told me that the prescription still has not been sent. I tried to get in contact with done’s team, who very obviously do not want to be reached out to, because the phone number they provide asks you to visit a website, hastily spelling it out for you so that you waste even more time and have to listen to it over and over again. What they are asking you to do you can basically do already from the little chat bubble on their website. I am so exhausted having to constantly be on top of this company in order to get the care I was promised. And I’m a little shocked to see so many “invited” reviews of this company. The whole thing is quite sketchy, it seems they’ve had a blast of recent comments in the months since I’ve been complaining about them. I simply want them to perform the service I was promised and am paying for. I’m curious if anyone else is also having problems like this, I’ve seen many negative reviews of them for similar situations. And I know the better business bureau has been notified on numerous occasions.”
