It leaves both seller and buyer vulnerable! Poshmark does need to offer the phone option in their customer service wallet.

I had an issue with a dress I bought via Poshmark. I contacted the customer service with my issue. It had a reply in few hours, although it is a holiday season, and my issue was resolved immediately. I am impressed with how fast and satisfactory my experience with Poshmark was.
