“Why Poshmark let vendors list the cloth or shoes as others ???? For example in NY we don’t pay taxes for shoes or cloth, but they charged taxes on one of my orders that I bought cloth. That’s illegal.”

“Ive been a seller on Poshmark since 2015. Recently I selected a 7 day trial to promote my closet. When I tried over and over again to cancel a day before and the day of the trial. Poshmark charged my credit card and will not stop charging my credit $10 per week. I also won't let me remove my credit card to stop the charges. I have done the steps 4 times they eventually sent to stop the promotion and fees and and they will not cancel it for me. There cancel button has the renew subscription sitting on top of the cancel button so you can never access it. Please help me stop this insanity!!!”

“In addition to their lack of customer service response - so unprofessional - it turns out their review system is rigged! After disputing a purchase, PM ruled in favor of the seller; saying I should have asked questions about the condition of the used item. OK, disappointing. Then I went to review this purchase… no review button! No ability to review my purchase! Anyone who has bought on PM knows they chase you to review your purchases! So I asked them in my response to their resolution email, why it is that I could not review this purchase. Silence. So I emailed them again and asked the question again. And then I emailed them again and asked the question again. I emailed different ways through different kinds of Support. I threatened to leave because I believe their review system to be false and unsafe to buyers. I told them I would only wait a few more days of silence because I realize that their silence was basically their answer, and so after giving them over a week to respond to many emails, their silence has proven to me that they like their format and they do not want to put a response to me in writing that I could then share in these types of online review sites. That would be worse, admitting to this! So in summary, PM wants you to review your purchases… unless you have a problem and you dispute your sale. Then no! You don’t get to tell the public about your disappointing sale/customer experience! Reading this, how confident do you feel in their customers’ reviews now? More importantly, how safe do you feel buying from PM sellers? After YEARS of both buying and selling on this site, I deleted my account and am now traveling from review site to review site - spreading the word of their DISHONEST REVIEW set up! My trust in POSHMARK is gone, and so is my business.”

“Beware of purchasing expensive items from this site. Sellers often use stock photos and don’t always list defects. If for some reason you’re unable to examine it within 3 days of delivery (like being out of town), you will not be granted a return, even if as in my case the seller agreed to accept a return.”

“I ordered a couple of pairs of panties by Victoria’s Secret. I loved the styles so I did not mind paying $18-$28 for each pair. I bought all of them using the same seller @clrncclst so I could save money on the shipping fee. I just got back in-town to open my package and was disgusted by what I received. The seller sent me used panties. There was not one tag on any of the items. So I revisited her closet and noticed that all of her panties are used, not new. She has about 50 pairs of stinky, old panties that she is trying to sell. Ewwww…it looks like she has already sold hundreds of used panties already. When I ordered, I just assumed the panties were new because it is prohibited to sell used panties on PM. I filed a complaint with PM, but it says my order is already complete. I just got back, so was not able to open the package any earlier. I really need to talk to someone quickly because I am not paying for this girl’s stanky underwear. Why is it so hard to reach someone? I find it hard to believe PM hasn’t noticed this closet selling 100s of pairs of nasty used underwear. I guess they like all the money they make from pervs and just look the other way. Gross! This is my First and Last experience with PM. Who sends secondhand panties for $20 each? Vomit!”

“I've been on Poshmark selling for the last 10 years. What was once great has now became absolutely the worst selling platform I'm on. It's like they've switched off all regular sellers and only if your using the promoting or live features they offer is your closet active. I use to have upwards of 25 sales a week. Now I'm lucky if I get one sale a week. Thank God for Ebay.. my sales have tripled over there.”

“Recently, I ordered a Pickabu toy for my kid. it took 1 week to be delivered, and it was delivered on time, and the toy was as expected. Initially, I thought it was a scam, and I took the risk and got my item on time. they provided a tracking number where you can see your order in real. Thank you.”

“I was a long time buyer/seller on Poshmark. I recently quit because now I have to contact support each time before I can get my funds released. PM guidelines state payment is automatically released within 3 days of delivered status. In all of the years I have been active, it wasn’t until recently that my funds started to not be automatically released. Instead, my funds are now being held-up. Support doesn’t respond until 3 days after filing an order problem inquiry. The last month or so, on average it takes at least 7 to 8 to get my funds released. That is after I have to initiate and file an order problem inquiry on each case. Something is up because I have never had so many problems with PM before.”

“Zero stars for poshmark STAY AWAY from this site they will not answer your phone calls the watch I purchased never worked the representative Michael kept asking for pics I sent them ten times they acted like they never got them but the problem was never about the looks of the watch it just didn’t work but poshmark is so disconnected they are worse than talking to third world country. Do NOT buy anything on poshmark you will be sorry Barry Leslie Las Cruces NM”

“I bought from this site in good faith. My issue I never received the merchandise and when I asked for a refund never received my money back even though they could see it had never been delivered. Don’t trust the sellers on this site.”

“I bought some things from poshmark last weekend for the first time and I rather enjoyed the process, the items arrived in record time and all items were as advertized, like brand new! The sellers were very nice,loved some of the live sales,some were more talk during the shows than showing their wares,and some were alot of the same things ,but I enjoyed how pleasant and very good at interacting with their audiences! I plan to keep using this forum , so far very interesting and very satisfying !”

“Poshmark is trash and so are the buyers. This is not a selling platform, it’s a buyers platform. Allowing buyers 3 days to decide if they want to accept and/or complete and order is ridiculous. Holding on to funds should be illegal. I’ve sold luxury items for well under their value due to low-ball offers from buyers. Once the item is purchased, the funds should be available. Where else can you buy a Gucci and use it for 3 days without paying for it?! It’s an absolute joke.”

“I just quit Poshmark due to horrible customer service support, or lack thereof. Best decision EVER! I’m tired of not getting competent help or resolution. Sadly, even a supervisor can’t help with a speedy resolution. This latest fiasco made me realize that my time & effort is not valued. I will no longer sit back & continue to let a 3rd party get rich off all my hard work. Poshmark is a time suck, and adds no benefit to my income. It has been a complete waste of my time. Do Better Poshmark! If you have a 1 star rating for Customer Service Support, and you do nothing to change that, then sustaining business is obviously not a priority. I assume PM is not disclosing the truth, and it is just a matter of time before they tank. So let’s just wait & see what happens…”

“My 83 year old disabled veteran husband dropped his phone. His nurse picked it up and accidentally made a sale. We contacted Poshmark immediately, but no cooperation. We cannot afford this accidental purchase which has caused a hardship.”
