I purchased an item from a seller. It smelled so bad from cigarette smoke that I can't even keep it in the house. Poshmark told me that they can't verify the smell, so I'm out the $55.00. All buyers beware, this is one shady outfit. I have contacted my CC company, and they are looking into it. I am sure after seeing all the reviews, I will get my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I WAS a Seller AND a Buyer...NO MORE...they simply don't care..Period..NO Guide lines for Sellers period...Ladies we don't need this ....it's therapy..SAVE MONEY...and let's put Poshmark Out of Business

Buyer Beware In the last month I have purchased two different items from different sellers. After paying and getting a confirmation of the sale, within a week they say it is no longer available or they never had it. No longer doing business with Poshmark because the sellers are destroying it. They can basically do what ever they want to do and I as a consumer have no rights. Seriously want to start a class action lawsuit against Poshmark.

Poshmark is more concerned with collecting fees from sellers than protecting buyers. Received an item that was improperly sized yet Poshmark denied my return. My first and last experience with Poshmark. If I could give a zero I would have done do. Beware of Poshmark, they are bad!

If I could leave O stars I would. Purchased a ring off Poshmark shown to be a size 9 which is size I wear on the on particular finger, is, always has been. Received but ring did not fit. No sizing noted on ring itself or on box. I tried to begin a return but Poshmark wanted photos, sent. Then came back and advised they needed proof of some kind it was not a size nine and wanted me to download all these ring charts and send more pics. I do not the technology to do all this and advised them of such. They denied return...they did say I could list it on their site to sell! Even if I could do that, I have no idea what size this ring is!! This was my first time to use them and I will NEVER EVER use them again nor recommend!

Bought a pair of slippers on Poshmark from a company that the slippers were obviously damaged in manufacturing and I couldn’t wear them. Send videos sent pictures spent $50 on these slippers and was told that this is not eligible for return so I’m out $50 and I have slippers that are unusable. Do not use this site in my opinion.

My items were delivered damaged, literally in pieces. I have been trying for days to get a full refund, and they just offered me a $5 credit and I can keep the completely destroyed items! Still waiting to hear back from them. I will never order from them again.

I lost $170. Seller and Poshmark agreed I had a valid complaint. But they refused to print and mail me a return label. One, I have no access to a computer or a printer, and two, I am disabled and without any outside help currently. Guess Poshmark gets a thrill out of this win. I will shout it from the rooftops: They don't gaf about you.

Customer support did not follow the company refund policy when a post misrepresentation resulted in the wrong item being sent. I plan to write the home office.

Buyers are unable to rate sellers for transactions that were canceled, refunded, or escalated for resolutions. These are situations that buyers should be aware of - yet Poshmark won't allow you to publicly rate them. These are not rare occurrences either. I think Poshmark keeps this hidden to protect their reputation.

I was scammed by people targeting me and impersonating Poshmark. I try to be very careful. I reported it. Poshmark basically victim blamed and did not seem to care that someone had done this using their name. I do not believe anything was actually done. I see no reason to use this platform and leave yourself vulnerable for them to take the high fees for sales that they do and then not care at all about protecting the customer or their reputation. Just do not use them. Protect yourself. I am hoping this helps others avoid my experience.

Poshmark claimed they did not receive my video showing the product had a broken zipper. I sent it 5 times and it easier to claim non receipt than look for the video. I paid $44 for I piece of Chinese junk. I will never deal with Poshmark again.

I placed an order for a sachel/backpack waited several days. I contacted the seller several times,no reply. I sent emails to postmarked no help. Very bad experience!!

I have been an active and loyal Poshmark user for years, both as a buyer and a Five-Star Seller with outstanding reviews. The past 12 months alone, I have generated nearly $10k in sales and spent thousands purchasing items through their platform. My sale and purchase have directly helped Poshmarks profits, making me a valuable member of their marketplace Despite my loyalty and financial contributions, I recently experienced a failure in their Buyer Protection Policy, which raises serious concerns about their accountability and fairness. I purchased a high-value item through Poshmark's authentication process, only to receive it damaged-despite the original seller showing it fully intact before being sent for verification. The item was repackaged perfectly by Poshmark HQ, proving the damage occurred under their oversight-not in transit and not due to the seller. Poshmark claims to protect buyers when items arrive not as described, yet when I attempted to resolve the issue, they denied responsibility, disregarding clear evidence that the damage occurred during authentication. Instead of assisting buyers fairly, Poshmark's dispute resolution process favors their own internal decisions, forcing users to either absorb financial losses or seek external solutions. While I have spent and earned thousands of dollars on this platform, buyer protection should apply to everyone-regardless of how much they make or spend. Every user deserves fair treatment, accountability, and transparency, yet Poshmark's inconsistent enforcement of its own policies leaves buyers vulnerable when disputes arise. Poshmark has the potential to be an excellent marketplace, but until they prioritize fairness, transparency, and accountability, I cannot recommend them with full confidence-especially for high-value transactions. If Poshmark doesn’t address these issues properly, I, along with my friends, family, and referrals, will consider alternative platforms that truly stand behind buyer protection.

3/3 things I have ordered, all from different sellers were never shipped. Poshmark will refund your order if it doesn't ship after 7 days, but it is extremely annoying because you cannot leave a bad review for the seller or anything and then the item is listed as sold even though the order was cancelled so it looks like they are a legit seller. You will see a seller who has listed like 2000 items and you can even see where they have been on the website like 3 hours ago and they will never ship your order, so you have no way of knowing which sellers will actually complete your purchases or not. It is a complete waste of time, so I will no longer be using this website and find my things elsewhere.

I like Poshmark however am deleting this the shipping is outrageous so love some flops 10.00 but have to pay 8.72 shipping come on that is over half the price. They need to find a new way to ship
