Unless you pay extra for the promoted closet your items don’t sell . They take so much money out of your sales to begin

This is probably the worst resell site I've ever used a day in my life. Ordered an eyeshadow palette on 1/11. LITERALLY PER POSHMARK WEBSITE: If your order hasn’t shipped within 7 days, and the seller remains unresponsive, you’ll have the option to cancel the order on the 8th day after purchase. On 1/21, I requested a cancellation via the Poshmark app. This is the email from the Poshmark rep "Cheri": As much as I would love to assist you, we currently do not have the option to cancel this order at this time. Please note that once an order is placed, the seller has up to 10 days from the date of purchase to ship out an order. Which is it, Cheri? Can I cancel the order on the 8th day, or does the seller have up to 10 days to ship? Cool, Poshmark terms and their reps don't even speak the same language. Cheri also can't do math. 1/11 to 1/21 is TEN DAYS. On 1/22 AM, I went back on the app and requested a cancellation AGAIN. The email response was: We will closely monitor the tracking status of your package for the next 32 hours. CANCEL MY ORDER! WTAF is wrong with this site? Why are there a million hoops to jump through?! Do they not care about their buyers? Do they not want people using their platform in any capacity? Because that's where I am. The second I am refunded, I am deleting this app and never returning. This is atrocious customer service. I'm actually starting to think the palette I ordered would have been fake. It doesn't take someone almost 14 days to ship an item unless you're ordering something off Temu and waiting for shipment from China. 0/10 DNR, don't even do it.

I rate poshmark a Fivestar rating because the seller took out time and sent me a beautiful thank you letter and a little thank you gift and the Michael kors calf material wallet was brand new and 100 percent leather, the seller name is Chris, will I buy from this seller again (YES) Thank you Chris

I want to thank you for assisting me with two issues I created on two expensive items I shipped to your Newark facility. I did not follow your specific guidelines on using your label and chose to pay for my own priority label and insurance instead, which caused a lengthy delay in completing the order for the customer. My fault for not following instructions. Your support services located the packages and processed them safely through authentication process and on to the buyer. Your support team communicated with me clearly and no one was disappointed in the process due to delay caused by my over exhuberance. Thank you. I greatly appreciate Poshmark and will be filling up my closet as a seller!

Horrible first buying experience. I purchased a pair of shoes that were clearly listed and advertised as a Women's size 9 (I took several screenshots of the posting). What I received was a Men's size 9, which was further confirmed by the European size on the tag in the shoe. When contacting Poshmark, they replied that there was no mis-advertising and that the size listed on the posting was accurate. I further wrote back (as email is the only way they handle Customer Service) with picture of the posting and what was received where it was obvious the size in the posting was different from what I received. Poshmark was unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation and provided zero evidence to the contrary of my complaint. Horrible first and last experience with Poshmark.

Two times so far i have tried to purchase an item only to be contacted days later saying it was sold. Now i have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. This is rediculous that they cant remove stuff once it sold.

I have been a seller on Poshmark for many years and I used to make really good money selling on the platform. A couple years ago a Japanese tech company bought Poshmark and it has been all down hill from there. As time went on, my sales got worse and worse. I noticed a huge decline in sales after they started the live shows. I am not a live show seller nor do I want to be. In the past few months poshmark has made several changes that dried up sales even more. It became so bad, that it was not worth the time to list on there anymore. I am done selling on Poshmark. I am taking all of my business to Ebay, where I actually make money.

The worst company ever. They sell questionable merchandise, and refuse to accept returns. It is essentially a no return policy. Do not use this site unless you are willing to be ripped-off. Would have given no stars, but not an option.

So I ended up selling a pair of Nike air Max. Explain to the customer that they were in fair condition. Fare condition means that they are wearable. There's some defects to them. Explain very well to him probably sent over a dozen pictures to him. With his case approved not fair.I noticed that poshmark will almost side with every buyer's case but never with a seller's case.I shipped out a coach bag and the lady ended up not wanting it while i've never got the coach bag back.Poshmark was a piece of s*** company.Go to depop

I have purchased two different bags, from two different sellers and have not received either item. The 1st one was cancelled and the 2nd was supposedly shipped, but has been at the original post office for over a week and is still there. There will NOT be a 3rd order. I'm done with Poshmark!!!

I can safely say this is THE WORST company to deal with as a consumer. Trying to contact them is a true joke. No phone numbers, just the ubiquitous email address. Their primary goal is to secure their 20% commission from the seller, and they will do anything and everything to prevent you from cancelling an order. Forget trying to return an item. That is impossible. Finally, their prices are far higher than any other online site.

Worst customer support for buyers. They do everything they can to protect sellers. And if they do randomly find in the buyers favor they tell the seller not to worry they aren’t making them pay the money back. They cover it themselves to keep the seller happy. Which makes n turn lets the seller continue to be dishonest. I’m so sick of this company. It’s a shame because some sellers are actually honest and have good products but Poshmark as a whole can’t be trusted to protect buyers.

Ordered a necklace and received a different one. Poshmark asked for pictures which I sent showing what was being sold and what I actually received. They replied that Item was not misrepresented. ?? WTF!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I received a $700 handbag that did not look as it did online. I asked to return the bag on the day I received it and Poshmark said that they would not do a return. I literally had the bag for 5mins and asked for the return based on the misrepresentations and they said no. What a scam!

I purchased an item from a Seller on Poshmark. The item arrives, but one of the parts that was supposed to move does not move. I contacted the Seller to request a refund, Seller refused, saying that “none” of the parts moved, which is not true. Seller was evasive regarding the reason they did I not indicate the defect in then description, pretty much saying “too bad”, and claiming that Seller was the “victim” for my complaint. Poshmark reviewed and did “nothing”, siding with their Seller. I am done with Poshmark, and suggest that one carefully considers purchasing anything from the Poshmark site. I have had zero issue with Mercari and eBay purchases.

I’ve been a seller and buyer for over 10 years without a problem, I woke up a few days ago and couldn’t log into my account. Poshmark kept sending a verification code to a phone number I no longer have access to. I tried to contact customer service several times to let them know I no longer have that phone number and they keep sending the same copy/paste email explaining how to change the personal information of the account I no longer have access to because I can’t get verification code. This app is perfect for selling things I no longer wear! USE CODE: BILLIEBOPBILLIE to get $15 when you sign up 🖤 They do take a % of your sale, but the shipping cost is lower that if you go yourself to the post office so!

I’ve had some success with buying on this site, but I’m done after this last purchase. I purchased some shoes that only stated the US size 11 and but not the EU size 41 that was on the shoe sticker. Because the sizes aren’t an exact match I know not to buy a size 41 because they don’t fit. I requested a refund stating that this should be required for sellers, but was denied. I won’t risk it anymore on this app.

I accidentally placed an order with my old address. I realized the mistake right away and contacted the seller and changed the shipping address in the app. However, the item was still sent to the old address in another state. I asked customer service for help both before and after the item was shipped, but was told that the address can only be changed in the order (before it is placed.). I never received the item, and am out the purchase price and shipping. No longer a Poshmark customer.
