NO buyer protection, but rich in buyer remorse! Purchased a lens. Arrived faulty. Did the return dance immediately. Not good enough. Needed to provide a video to prove it was faulty within 48 hours or no refund. Did that. Now waiting. I do not know of ant company that requires video evidence for returns. What's next? Will they demand I hire a film crew and David Attenborough as commentator?

Ordered an item that was listed with inaccurate details. The seller refused the return. When the situation was escalated to poshmark, they sided with the seller despite clear photo evidence that proves an incorrect item was sent.

Worst company ever I will say even worse than EBay. I was sold fake silver and I’m going to be taking it further to the police. They said I was going to get refunded and then never did and maybe even a lawsuit if possible.

Poshmark posts only positive reviews on thier site, but the public has exposed them. They ripped us off with their seller known as @dosserdd.

Poshmark is horrible. I don't know why I tried 3 times. I never received even 1 order. The 1 time I did receive something, it was the WRONG order, and it was a sh*t show trying to return it.

Do not sell on here. You will eventually get f’ed, whether it be by Poshmark or their buyers. Poshmark will take a large cut (20% vs lower on Mercari, eBay, depop, vinted, OfferUp, vestiaire, etc). They will side with the buyer on returns. I’m a small business and people will have buyers remorse and will make up any excuse to return your items. Usually, I’ll accept just to avoid the headache. However, many will return used, with the tags off. This means I have to loose profit and resell as a used item now. Poshmark will close their cases and not revisit it ever again. They will ignore any request for escalation or ignore a request to speak with a manager or supervisor that could comprehend the situation. A lot of sellers get away with selling BS fake items as well. People have inflated prices because they’re trying to compensate for the high commissions that Poshmark takes. It’s a horrible platform for sellers and great for scammers.

It was described as a tunic and she said that was AI so check it. She says since it is a dress but more times tunic. It was so short a size 12 didn’t cover half my bum and In usually an 8/10. Possibly it got shrink in the wash. even the zipper came nowhere close. Also I had placed the order and then said oh this is order with a minute of ordering if I could please cancel. She shipped it with total disregard. Seller is lunarenee2

Seller posted jeans at size 27, waist 13 1/2. That’s perfect for me. Jeans came and there were tags all over saying size 23. The waist was fine but I couldn’t get my hips and butt into a 23!! Seller would not let me return and NEITHER WOULD POSHMARK. She literally put it’s a size 27 and sent me a 23. But that’s my issue, according to them. Be careful before you buy there, they do not have your back.

Not only is this site full of scammers who sell defective items these scammers can also delete negative reviews. How is that fair? You sell defective item you get a bad review but the scammer can delete their negative reviews? I purchased an item first time ever on this site I was out of town when the item arrived but because it was delivered it was automatically marked as accepted even though I never even got to check the item out before marking off as accepted. I was past my 3 days because I didn't get back home until later and when I checked out my item it was effective. I sent several messages to the seller who ghosted me I then had it escalated to Poshmark Representatives to then said that I had accepted the item and I was past my 3 days. I said I did not accept the item it was automatically accepted after it was already delivered by the mailman it even States on my receipt automatically accepted. That right there is the first flaw. The second floor is I can't help that it arrived when it did the fact is the item is defective and I have no warranty so poshmarks guarantee is as good as the gum and the bottom of my shoe. Never ever ever will I ever buy from this site. Especially knowing that sellers can delete negative reviews making them look like they're honest sellers. Now there are honest sellers on their site but so far I've only come across scammers so I will take my business elsewhere if I were you.

The platform itself plus the customer service is the WORST. A majority of items listed on Poshmark are no longer actually available, but you don't find that out until a week after purchasing. On top of that, customer service has zero interest in actually helping. They dgaf. Use another site like ThreadUp. Do NOT use Poshmark

The shoes that I ordered and paid for did not come. Poshmark doesn't take responsibility so much as pass it off on the seller (they encourage you to contact the seller, but do not provide a link in the message for doing that. Finding a communication "port" with the seller is also on YOU.) I have not consulted my Magic 8 Ball yet, but I do not think that the shoes are coming. And I do not think that this bothers Poshmark at all.

Poshmark Seller @Judowoman and I had agreed upon a purchase. She sent the totally wrong shoes. I asked repeatedly for her to send the correct shoes. Poshmark sent me a prepaid return label so I packed the shoes, printed the label, and drove to town to mail them back. @judowoman never explained, apologized or relisted them so I could buy them a second time. Instead @judowoman thanked Poshmark for their great support. Then she blocked me.

NEVER use Poshmark - their customer service is horrendous - there's no phone number (red flag), only an email and their employees refuse to do the right thing to help new customers. They lack cyper security & don't protect their customer accounts where Fraud runs rampant!!! They don't care about their customers who are paying their way! I'll continue to deal with my high end consignment shops! Save yourself a big headache - don't get involved with them!

The promoted closet billing system is non-transparent and made to "catch you off guard". They charge you every week after they provide service and require you to cancel one day before. This means that if you did not intend to continue the subscription after the trial, you are only reminded when they charge your card. And since that's already the start of the next billing cycle, you cannot cancel without a day's notice and you are stuck with another payment. Any good subscription service should send a reminder message before charging or trial ends, instead trying to milk one last subscription out of the customer. Needing to cancel the day prior to the subscription and only being notified of the direct charge means that once the customer sees one charge, they're already stuck with two charges against their will. Very unfriendly to customers, and will not consider promoted closets again under this charging method. This is one more complaint on top of the ridiculous seller fee of 20%.

Awful site. Sellers lie about listings, and Poshmark won't refund your money. You can't even leave a review once you dispute, and they only show 5 star reviews which is complete bs. Will never buy anything from there again.

I reposhed an item purchased from Poshmark. The buyer said the Louis Vutton Sunglasses were fake and Poshmark agreed and refunded the buyer. I bought the glasses from Poshmark and they are refusing to refund my money for the same fake item, they said was fake. Poshmark is garbage. I’m deleted everything from the site and never using them again.

Seller sold me rancid specialty soap and lotion, was chunky liquid and open. Provided photos for a refund but they sided with the seller and due to being a specialty item I treated myself to, Im out almost $50 with tax and shipping. Ive never asked for anything from poshmark and give great reviews all the time. I wont be back.
