I am all done using Poshmark, IMO they set themselves up to be quite the little scam. I made a purchase of Nike shoes, and when I recieved them they were much too small. They were listed as a womens size 9/mens size 7½ which is what I wear in Nike's. The seller was in the wrong, amd he immediately admitted as much. He also confirmed this to Poshmark support who basically told me its my tough luck, I am responsible to be sure it is my size before buying. If they were mens as the seller thought they would have been my correct size but they were womens. Didnt matter, they just shut you down so now Im out $125 that they should have refunded. I will absolutely twll everyone I know how sketchy and unprofessional they are. I feel bad for the seller he wanted to make good but they monitor messaging so know that we were trying to communicate. Horrible company. Use Ebay where there is buyer protection. Poshmark is a con

they have misleading, confusing and fraudulent policies and FAQ's. Customer service is useless and lies in order to keep people from cancelling orders. They do whatever it takes to get sales for there own benefit.

Poshmark customer service is the worst and most frustrating experience ever. It took forever for them to respond, couldn't comprehend the situation or just didn't read the explanation, and never resolved my problem after I emailed 3 more times. I I could leave no stars I would.

I’m so mad! I purchased a dress and the seller won’t ship it. Poshmark says I have to give the seller 10 days to ship it before I can cancel the order and get my money back. This is not right!!! I will never buy from Poshmark again!! The seller is an idiot!!!

Ive been a seller on this platform for years and have started the process of closing down my closet (With thousands of items). Customer service has gone downhill with what feels like zero protection to the sellers. The customer base has also become unhinged though this is not the fault of the company. My last straw was this past week when I had issues with a customer who had brought an authentic piece of military history from me ($300) and filed a false claim against me in the return process. Despite all the evidence I provided poshmark went against me, the customer tthen never returned the item and posh still granted them a full refund. This has happeneed to me before but this is my final straw. I filed multiple complaints with poshmark which all went unresolved and unanswered. I'm tired of such a low rank platform and off to greener pastures. This app is no longer worth the work involved.

Wow are they terrible, they sell clothes and if they don’t fit it’s a pain to try and get a refund. You get an email and if you Ken response in 24 hours they won’t help you. Plus you can’t talk to anyone on the phone to resolve it. So stupid. Then if you sell something it costs sometimes more for you to ship it than the product is worth plus there’s fees to them. So dumb.

Seller on Poshmark @wonpen11 sold me a fake Gucci bag-I trusted Poshmark b/c this seller touts being a “Poshmark Ambassador”, selling since 2017 but when I received the bag the stitching looks like a 5 year old did it and it smells of mildew. Maybe I should’ve asked myself how one seller could have more than 100 designer bags for sale….more than Bergdorf’s honestly?! Maybe with all this fraud coverage in Montgomery Co Poshmark should be straightening up their act and cleaning house !

I recently purchased a evening dress from them and to make a long story short, the sleeves were so tight I can barely fit into it or move my arms so it pulls on my neck and make it very uncomfortable. I have been in contact with them and sent them photos, which were not necessary since the Dre's is not damaged, but they responds as if they have not heard from me. They stretched this till the return deadline is over. The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced and don't recommend them at all.

I ordered a sweater from Poshmark that is the same brand I've gotten at Anthropologie and a similar sweater but a different pattern on it. The very same sweater that I already own was sent to me so I wanted to return it. Poshmark asked for pictures that I sent so they could see the pattern on the sweater that I received was different than what I ordered. They refused the return saying I should look more clearly at what is being sold in one of their form letters. I now have two of the identical sweaters. They offered me a $10 credit on Poshmark but I would not order from them again.

Poshmark is a total ripoff. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Use a faster, easier, more reputable online service like Amazon. Never a problem with purchases or returns with Amazon. Stay away from Poshmark, where sales are final, just like EBay, another risky online platform. If you do use either Poshmark or EBay, be prepared for a long drawn out hassle, just to return wrong, damaged or merchandise you just don’t like. POSHMARK IS THE WORST!!’🤬😵‍💫😝

I used to love Poshmark. It was a great way to buy and sell gently used nice items.. now things have changed so much that all it is is a site that hassles you, creates bundles for you that you don’t want and will not let you return something when you’ve been lied to if I wanted the sellers. They send you these things that say we’ve picked 492 items just for you. Well, they are not just for you not one of the items and the 492 is something I would buy it throws in a whole bunch of brands, styles, and colors of things I would never buy. Anyway, I closed my Poshmark account. I will be selling on other sites that are not so pushy and full of it.

I bought an "authentic" Gucci wallet. Once I received it, I took it to the Gucci store and the confirmed it was a fake after Poshmark authenticated said wallet. Then they would not accept the return leaving me with a fake wallet and out hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

This site is strictly for the seller. The buyer is stuck with the item regardless. No refunds. That is why they have the option to sell it once you get it. I was sold a child like shirt and they refused to refund my money. Said I should have asked more questions should have asked for more measurements etc. All my fault.

Poshmark has the absolute worst Customer service. They don't care about the buyers or sellers. I purchased 100's of items, and the one time I had an issue and disputed a charge with my credit card co (after no resolve) they banned me from the platform. Good riddance. Whatnot is much better!

I signed up with Poshmark to sell an item. The only interest I received was from scammers saying that they purchased the item. When I checked my account, none of them had purchased the item. Even worse, after signing up with Poshmark, I received a lot of spam and scam emails that continue even though Poshmark confirmed that they deleted my account. I've sold items on eBay for years and never had either of these problems.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a YSL bag listed as 2024 in excellent condition. There were 2 small spots in the inside flap that were disclosed, no big deal. I received the bag, cleaned the 2 spots under the flap and then noticed there were stains on the inside lining, like something had been spilled inside the bag. I also found the date stamp said 0421…indicating it was a 2021 bag, not a 2024 as she had listed. I immediately reached out for a refund and was denied because I cleaned the spots on the flap. No accountability for the seller who blatantly lied.

Report to FTC for fraud and CA Attorney General for fraud. (you can google file an FTC complaint, and go to CA Ag's website and file a complaint there too.) what is happening to me as abyer has happened to so many of us. Poshmark now gives sellers 10 days to ship. Many of them don't ever ship despite writing updates they will and spouting lies like they were on vacatoin or ill (those excuses are given too often, by too many sellers, to be real.) There is no way to leave negative feedback, as once the order is cancelled you can't leave feedback - so other buyers come in and are scammed too. This is by design for Poshmark, intentionally designed into their website -- a feature, not a bug. THey designed the site with no real feedback mechanism so that you, the customer, have no idea you're buying from a seller, real or not, who has a history of not shipping items. Poshmark is the one who collects the money, and I am beginning to think the site is somewhat of a front, that they are using bot accounts or hiring people (fake sellers) to look active and make sales that never ship so Poshmark can show investors the "sales" they made, even though they never actually shipped - and your and thousands of other people's money is in Poshmark's bank account for over 10 days, earning interest. They KNOW sellers don't ship (read other reviews), don't ban them quickly (and i heard, if they do eventually ban them, they make it super easy for a seller to come back), and leave no mechanism on their website for buyers to warn others. They keep sellers on their website who haven't been active in years. But mabe activity doesn't matter so much, because even the most recent seller who has not shipped my item show active as recently as an hour ago- at this point, I dont know if the activity shown is fake, or if the "seller's" account is even real - because it's been 10 days and still no shipping despite her promosing me she was shipping it on day 8. Meanwhile I could have bought the item from somewhere else. Please complain to the FTC and AG about this website and your experience, it doesn't take long. An errant seller here or there is one thing - so many thousands of us buying fro sellers, real or fake, who don't ship, I now believe i Mercari creating a front a fradulent "business", knowingly collecting money en masse from innocent buyers who will never get items, while Poshmark sis on your money, leaving no warning mechanism for peopel to warn others. It's a scheme, plain and simple.
