What kind of online shop does not allow return for size? I just got con $200. I shop at hundreds of online store first time I hear this. Never again I'll buy there and never recommend to anyone.

This so called company really sucks. You will loose your money if you buy through them they have zero customer service if u call the number shown for poshmark it goes to mailbox is full. Stay away.

Zero stars for poshmark STAY AWAY from this site they will not answer your phone calls the watch I purchased never worked the representative Michael kept asking for pics I sent them ten times they acted like they never got them but the problem was never about the looks of the watch it just didn’t work but poshmark is so disconnected they are worse than talking to third world country. Do NOT buy anything on poshmark you will be sorry Barry Leslie Las Cruces NM

I bought from this site in good faith. My issue I never received the merchandise and when I asked for a refund never received my money back even though they could see it had never been delivered. Don’t trust the sellers on this site.

I bought some things from poshmark last weekend for the first time and I rather enjoyed the process, the items arrived in record time and all items were as advertized, like brand new! The sellers were very nice,loved some of the live sales,some were more talk during the shows than showing their wares,and some were alot of the same things ,but I enjoyed how pleasant and very good at interacting with their audiences! I plan to keep using this forum , so far very interesting and very satisfying !

Poshmark is trash and so are the buyers. This is not a selling platform, it’s a buyers platform. Allowing buyers 3 days to decide if they want to accept and/or complete and order is ridiculous. Holding on to funds should be illegal. I’ve sold luxury items for well under their value due to low-ball offers from buyers. Once the item is purchased, the funds should be available. Where else can you buy a Gucci and use it for 3 days without paying for it?! It’s an absolute joke.

I just quit Poshmark due to horrible customer service support, or lack thereof. Best decision EVER! I’m tired of not getting competent help or resolution. Sadly, even a supervisor can’t help with a speedy resolution. This latest fiasco made me realize that my time & effort is not valued. I will no longer sit back & continue to let a 3rd party get rich off all my hard work. Poshmark is a time suck, and adds no benefit to my income. It has been a complete waste of my time. Do Better Poshmark! If you have a 1 star rating for Customer Service Support, and you do nothing to change that, then sustaining business is obviously not a priority. I assume PM is not disclosing the truth, and it is just a matter of time before they tank. So let’s just wait & see what happens…

My 83 year old disabled veteran husband dropped his phone. His nurse picked it up and accidentally made a sale. We contacted Poshmark immediately, but no cooperation. We cannot afford this accidental purchase which has caused a hardship.

This is a terrible system. I bought a expensive cell phone on this system. Because of their process of over $500 I believe had to be inspected. It has been over two weeks and I still have not received my phone. The phone was originally purchased in New York then it was shipped all the way to California for inspection once inspected it was finally shipped back to Indianapolis Indiana now it has gone to New York City again and the last I heard it was in Tampa. I live in the fort Myers area of Florida maybe someday I'll get my phone if they don't ship it back to Alaska maybe or Hawaii for more inspections. I would think once that's delay for inspection comes into the fact that the shipping would be upgraded so that I don't have to wait 2 weeks to get something that I paid a lot of money for that in my case was time relevant as I needed it before a certain date otherwise it wouldn't be available to me for in the next 4 months will be sitting in my mailbox or at my front door. I should have a choice for expedited service and it should be well published that is going to take 2 weeks to a month to get something I bought. This is totally ridiculous and you can't even talk to anybody on the phone about it. What a cheaply run operation. I'll never buy anything on Poshmark again. Totally disappointed how this is affected my plans for travel out of the country without my new phone.

I would give a poop emoji if I could. Customer Service is Horrible! I have been a seller for many years, and I am about ready to quit due to customer service support. On average, it takes 3 days to get a response via email. You can’t talk to a rep directly, only wait for their reply. A lot can happen within 3 days —compounding the problem into a bigger problem, and then in return wasting even more time & effort trying to get help to resolve issues in a timely manner. How can sellers feel secure if it takes so long to get a response from customer service? I emailed Customer Service early on November 30th, and just received an email response late today (December 2nd). I am still trying to wrap my head around just how incompetent their support is. The email I received from PM Support told me that they sent an email to the buyer, and if my issue is not resolved by the 14th to get back in touch with them. Are you kidding me? I should have had my funds released today, and they want me to get back in touch with them in 12 days? The buyer has been letting my package sit at the PO. The buyer knew a package was coming. The package was out for delivery and then the buyer notified USPS to take the package back to the PO. The tracking updates said out for delivery on November 30th, then it was updated with customer notified to hold package at PO. I should have had my funds released today. I did my part. So PM is okay with me not getting my funds for another 10 days? That is bad business!!! I have already had to contact them numerous times in the past to have them release my funds. My funds should automatically be released without me continually having to waste my time and contact them. Trying to get help is a nightmare! Customer Service is handled by a bunch of incompetent, useless, unqualified, unprofessional nitwits. BUYERS and SELLERS BEWARE! Poshmark has gone downhill in a dumpster!!!!!

If I could leave a 0 I would. Poshmark does not care. No recourse if what you get from a seller is not acceptable. No way to see bad reviews or negative comments on a seller profile. They definitely cater to their sellers. But if you’re a buyer… beware.

Been dealing with PM for more than 2yrs because I like designer sportswear. I’m disabled so online shopping is largely necessary. I’ve gotten some great buys, but the disasters have now LONG outweighed the good. I only buy “new” items. Still, so many items misrepresented, dirty laundry, major obvious damage, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, no help from sellers, outlandish pushback from sellers, outrageous shipping charges, & now new fees. They started charging customers a “buyers assurance fee” but do nothing to assist /ensure sellers are selling responsibly and or fairly. When dealing with the countless return problems(not of my making), hours of my time have been wasted with zero acknowledgement. I’m done with PM primarily because I don’t feel okay calling my credit card company yet again with another PM disaster. STAY CLEAR!

Beware!!!! I purchase a blow dryer that made a grinding noise and rusted and not as described, I contacted Poshmark right away and they gave me the excuse that it was not within their 3 day time limit as it was about the 5th day, as I was out of town. They only gave me back part of the money. It blew up the second time I turned it on a couple of days later. I contacted them again and they refuse to make it right. I will be disputing my credit card.

Place the order with poshmark.It was sent into a totally different state from where I live. Have made several inquiries with the seller. Made. Request on poshmark by email several times. Do Not Order. You won't get it they get paid. They DO NOT CARE! BUYER BEWARE!

This website is garbage for buying and selling. One, its very difficult to put something on the website to sell and then if you miss a small details, then its coming back and you just wasted all your time. Complete garbage website. Just go somewhere else and it's not worth it to make pennies on your clothes. Go donate it and get the tax deduction. It will be better.

WOW! Be careful buying from Poshmark! I just bought a Vera Bradley Purse. It arrived in good condition, but smelling AWFUL!!! I wrote the seller and she stated she washed it first and advised me to wash it again. I did and it still smelled. I emailed Poshmark. They stated because I washed it, it was not eligible for return. So, I'm stuck with a SMELLY, UNUSABLE PURSE!! I took it to Goodwill and they refused it because of the smell. :( Be careful purchasing form here. You'll have no recourse for BAD items.

Horrible place to purchase anything.You can’t return anything.Who wants to throw money away on hoping your purchase it’s right.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend any money on Poshmark ever again.They don’t make it easy on customers who are spending money on this online Poshmark
