Purchased a collectable barbie seller stated it was minor damage received orderd it was COMPLETELY DAMAGED! Was issued $5 credit what a joke! Seller didn't sell me what she posted. Scamming company! I already reached out to my bank for a refund bc why would I damage something I paid for make no sense and lie on top of that! Customer service is a joke! Why would I purchase DAMAGE GOODS with mold?? Or a DAMAGE collectors item??
