“My last order was very good and my friend was pleased with the quality of the flowers etc. We use you quite a lot so was very upset that my delivery ordered in May was not satisfactory. I mailed you and asked why a sunflower bouquet contained no sunflowers and received no reply. If you had just put on your website 'no sunflowers available' that would have been fine but to see that the bouquet contained not one and to then have no response to my email was beyond rude. As you can see, I still use you, but I also use others now as well as I have lost confidence in your service.”

Dear Diane, Thank you for your review. My I first apologise that your original email was not dealt with promptly. We aim to reply to any enquiries within 12 hours, but I have checked our system and I can find no record of your email in relation to this matter. I am not sure why this would be, but I have passed the details on our IT team to investigate further. With regard to the issue; we will always do our utmost to ensure that the product delivered is as requested, however with fresh and seasonal products is it sometimes, although very rarely, necessary to substitute a colour or variety of flower. “Easy to use service, I have now used on a number of times. Flowers arrived bang on time and were fantastic. I have only ever had one issue in the past which was sorted out immediately on the phone by the customer service team who are top rate. I would happily recommend Post a rose.”

“I placed an order to be delivered to my sister in law who lives in County Durham. She loved the arrangement and sent me a photo of them. They were presented very well and lasted for about two weeks.”

“Post a Rose is excellent!! I have had to say very good on the stars in section one because excellent is not available. I have never been disappointed with their service and recipients of their flowers and gifts have always been extremely pleased with what has arrived. Their service is prompt and I have not had any difficulty when ordering on the website. I have recommended them to numerous people. My brother uses them and he lives in East Anglia!! Well done Post a Rose!!”

“The Sunflower offer seemed good, and delivery was faultless. However, they drooped badly after a couple of days despite being in a nice vase with sufficient water. They should have been happy and I thought they should have lasted longer.”

We offer 7 day guarantee with all our flowers and expect them to last considerably longer, but it appears that we have failed on this occasion. We have clearly let you down and would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement bouquet with our apologies. “The flower itself was a lot bigger that I was expecting, however the packaging was amazing, the flower looked beautiful, the delivery was made on time and as expected and the presentation was just as brilliant. I would definitely order from here again.”

“I ordered 12 yellow roses for my mother in law. She said they were beautiful and brought a tear to her eye! They were so easy to order, delivered on time and very reasonably priced. I like the fact you could just get simple bunches of roses instead of overfussy bouquets. Very happy indeed!”
