“Arrived in time and they loved their flowers”

“The flowers I ordered were in the postal system longer than usual. They didn't have any water so were fairly wilted on arrival. I needed to get them out quickly and give them a good soak, they did recover within a few days. I was disappointed as my previous experiences have been exceptional.”

“Delivered on time, recipient pleased. Would use Post a Rose again for Isle of Man delivery of a bouquet. Can't award the full mark cos I never saw the flowers !”

“Lovely flowers and efficiently delivered, but I received an email stating that they were arriving a day before I had requested (for a 70th birthday). I phoned and emailed immediately and was advised that the email was a "mistake".”

“My family were happy with the cheese hamper, but I would have liked to have sent two hampers, one for each of the adults, but they wanted to charge me 2 delivery charges which I would not do, so had to change the choice to just the little cheese hamper.”

“I ordered a dozen yellow roses and got 21, which was ok ,however they did not last very well. Perhaps a case of less is more! On the other hand delivery was excellent and great value.”

“Flowers were beautiful but the balloon was missing,but,after complaining I received a courtesy call to apologise and was offered 10% on my next order....that was acceptable to me,I will use them again as the flowers were gorgeous.”
