“I wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Was informed by company that it would take much longer than expected but was unable to cancel as it had been processed! Will look at UK companies for artwork in future. Lesson learned!”
“Quality of frame and framing terrible. Glued all round and backing bevelled so wouldn’t hang flush to wall. Managed after a struggle to remove print from frame and have re framed as liked print.”
“Delivery stated between 11th - 13th April. 18th and still no sign. Don't order if you need the poster before the month is out. Very disappointing as was for a gift.”
“I’m very pleased with the two pictures I ordered. Obviously, I can’t test the quality of the reproduction but they look good – as do the frames. When I ordered the second one, I inadvertently paid using an incorrect code, but after I emailed them with the correct one, they very kindly accepted it and charged me accordingly. I am recommending them to family and friends”

“Whilst the packaging and delivery information was exact I was disappointed by the quality of my framed print. I ordered "The Guggenheim Museum" print. On the illustration it was well contrasted with elements of black and white. I am disappointed to say that the quality of the print is poor and the whole effect of the print is smoky. I will not be ordering other examples. It cost £50.85 in total.”
“It's a shame 1 star is the lowest I can rate poster lounge. I am still waiting for my poster. I emailed them multiple times and got a bot reply. Tried calling their office but didn't get an answer. Honestly stay away from poster lounge. At least if you burnt your money you would get heat from it. Don't waste it here.”
“Disaster. Poster was expensive but worth it for a present and for the promise of quick delivery. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews. Delivery was seriously late and then turned out to be an empty tube! Wish I believed that Posterlounge would do something about this but it looks as if someone won't be getting a present this year.”
