Ordered goods.. stoking fillers for Christmas. Order still not fulfilled since 30th November. Unable to get in touch, requested a refund numerous times once I was fed up chasing the order.. £65 down and no gifts for Christmas.. terrible and disgusting taking orders and hard earned money from people buying children's gifts. No intention of fulfilling orders. Just a thieving money pit. Do not use.

I am so annoyed at the lack of customer service from PoundToy I ordered on the 25th November and you said 5 to 7 days to deliver. It's been two weeks and it hasn't even been dispatched. I have used them before and have always been pretty good and responded to emails and resent items when others have arrived damaged. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that you they be busy because its Christmas, but after going on there Facebook page it seems my parcel will never arrive for this Christmas let alone next Christmas. They are taking people's orders and not delivering and continue to take orders despite fulfilling the orders that haven't been sent from October. STOP taking orders!! Send the orders that are due or give refunds!! Improve your customer service by answering your phones, responding to emails. Your customers that have given you their money and for some people they do not have the money to replace what they have ordered - shame on you PoundToy and at this time of year as well!! At this rate with all the angry customers you are creating you will be lucky if you have a business in the New Year! Give me my REFUND!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Basically daylight robbery from this company. Ordered on 27th October and half my order arrived on 25th November. The remaining half of my order was missing yet I’ve been charged for it. Have emailed and 5 days later still waiting on a response. Posted on their page earlier along with a whole heap of other complaining customers only for them to ignore and delete everyone’s comments. The live chat function doesn’t work, no one responds back and you can’t phone them as their mailbox is full 🙄. In what is a very difficult time for families, this company thinks it’s ok to steal your money and ignore all correspondence - disgusting and I would recommend avoiding. 100% shop elsewhere. This won’t be the last they hear of me.
