“I went out on a limb and ordered the battery pack based on specifications alone. The Molex connector was the wrong one, but these battery packs are replacing those that have lost their ?umpff?. Consequently, I just snipped off the wrong connectors and attached the connectors from the existing packs. The order shipped promptly and was packaged well.”
“Tenergy Power offers some great batteries that work quite well with our Arlo equipment. I also had a very easy time utilizing the online site to order the batteries that I needed.”
“Tenergy batteries are fine and the website/shipping is also fine. I am frustrated that I had to spend $70 for a set of 12 rechargeable batteries and charger for my Arlo as it only comes with 12 non-rechargeable batteries. This should come standard with the set. Shady.”
“I would have given you 5 starts but I got the request for a review 3 days before the batteries I ordered. That told me the batteries were shipped but I did expect them a day after I got the e-mail but it took 3 more days Batteries are excellent.”
“After 1 short season of use, my beanie speaker battery died. It will not take a charge this season less than a year later. Customer service says I need to keep this charged every once in a while. Who knew? They discounted a new speaker/battery combo for my beanie which I purchased. Good service, but still bummed the speaker/battery in my beanie died in less than 1-year.”
“I ordered the Tenergy Propel Sub C 3000mAh NiMH Flat Top Rechargeable Battery (with/ Tabs) 10516-1 on Dec.17,2020. They arrived Dec. 22. I bought them to replace the 5 Ni-cads in my old Black & Decker drill/screw driver model 9020 type 4. Soldered them into a pack and they work great and charge just fine with the original charger.”
“Tenergy supplies fine products (battery packs and chargers, my experience) at reasonable prices. Service is fast and reliable. I have used them for years.”
“I had a problem trying to pay for some batteries on your website. I was paying with a credit card. After entering my card information your site wanted me to do something with Pay Pal. I didn?t want to use Pay Pal I was just paying with my card. But it wouldn?t allow me to complete my transaction. I called but unfortunately I could not reach a ?live person?. I left my name and two phone numbers they could reach me on. Close to an hour of waiting I was getting Impatient and decided to use the chat line. After explaining my issue a rep said he could generate an invoice. He told me to click on a link he sent to pay with my Credit card. I did and wound up having the same issues but I couldn?t get back to my chat line to tell him what was happening. I didn?t feel like starting over with another chat so I logged back into the website and completed the order by updating a Pay Pal account I guess I had Years ago. Order was completed. But this was a frustrating procedure that could have been finished in a timely fashion!!!”
