“Tenergy great but Website flawed. For example I'm looking for NiMH batteries and charger combo. I click on Chemistry...NiMH and it shows 72 items and displays first 12 on page 1 of 6. EVERY ONE of the 12 showing are rechargeable but if you click Rechargeable..."Yes" - it only shows 4 that meets your criteria. Only an example showing the flaw for your website designer to review. Website search is NOT accurate nor user friendly. Each selection should be a further refinement of the filters. Your website search screens really needs to be reviewed and fixed as this is your bread and butter guys!”

“Great experience ordering on-line. The site is user friendly. I was able to find the batteries & charger specific for my Arlo cameras. Placed an order for "Rechargeable Batteries (12-Pack and Charger) Arlo Certified Li-ion 3.7V 650mAh Battery for Arlo Camera (VMC3030)" and "Rechargeable Batteries (4-Pack) Arlo Certified Li-ion 3.7V 650mAh Battery for Arlo Smart Security Camera, UL & UN Certified)"; I have 4 cameras. I paid via PayPal. Tenergy notified me via email the confirmation and when the order status changed from 'placed' to 'shipped' and included the tracking number so I could follow the delivery progress. They delivered to my PO Box in way less time from what was estimated. The batteries and charge arrived in new condition; no damage. Charged my first 8 batteries with no issues. Works 'As Designed'.
