“I made a mistake online of apparently ordering for collection. From a shop far away from my home town. When the order was received , someone made the effort of contacting me immediatly to check if I did in fact want to collect the items. Which I didnt. It was such a relief. They dispatched the order and I received it in very good tme. Now thats what I call customer service.”
