Wasn’t impressed with how the package arrived and not a fan of the returns policy

Ordered four reasonably high value items only 2 came the others were not in stock despite showing as in stock when ordered, I did try to correspond by email to prevent this happening but was unable to do so quite a blunt answer to be honest happy with the items that came but if I knew part of the order was not coming I would have cancelled all order the hassle of credit notes and returns is a pain

The charger and batteries were not in a box of their own or supplied with a user manual. They were just placed in a box with the main tool. Feel like they are used or returns!

Was delivered what can only describe as second hand tools/ex-display or returns, spent over £1300 and in the pack I got two drills unboxed lose with no paperwork with them and parts missing off them, very badly packed too, contacted Power Tool Mate by phone with little joy just got booklet via post, I contacted them again via email and no reply.

Having purchased a unilite from yourselves and finding it faulty the very next day.. I got in touch to explain and to add a short video of the fault, its taken nearly a week for you to reply and want me to print off a form to return it.. Couldn't you just acknowledge the video and send out a returns bag to sort this issue out quicker??

Recently ive bought a Milwaukeepouch, but unfortunately it is to big for me. ive sent an email to Powertool mate with question how i can send it back, and no reply what so ever for 5 days now. Looks like the company like to sell but when it comes to returns they dont want to deal it any more

Good tools however the returns policy is poor as I bought something as a gift and had no chance to return it because it’s only 7 days

Tools and delivery very good but one item poorly packed and arrived damaged which was disappointing as it was required for a job that week. I found the returns process very protracted. The returns label was invalid when it arrived. I ended up having to buy a replacement item locally and still haven’t managed to return the damaged item.

I received an incorrect item and contacted yourselves to send this item back, you were to send a returns form and inform courier to pick up. A bit frustrated as item I recieved is much cheaper than what I ordered and your action has been poor. Thanks John
