“I was looking for a new Dewalt charger and did the usual Google search to find out where to buy it from. Amongst the results was Power Tools UK and their price seemed very competitive so I placed an order. The item arrived within a few days and was well packaged. The service has been faultless and I will definitely be using them again for further tool purchases.”

Dear Jakub You were good enough to place your order with us on the 19th April for a Milwaukee Pivoting Torch. This product was a new launch for us and proved to be more popular than we expected, exhausting our initial stock within 3 working days. Due to the extended lead time allowing us to restock from Milwaukee we had no choice but to refund you in full on the 20th April. An e-mail was sent through to you using the exact e-mail address you supplied initially informing you of the refund on the 20th, I have no idea why you now inform us that you know nothing about the refund when you place this review using the same exact e-mail address. We apologised that we were unable to service your requirements on this occasion and released funds back to you almost immediately Regards Lumsden Power Tools UK
