“Good price and arrived well packed. My only criticism was that I phoned to ensure that the items were in stock and was told they were. I immediately placed an order, but when the order hadn't arrived after 3 days I enquired and was told that they were awaiting delivery of part of the order. I felt a little annoyed but the items were delivered in full 2 days later.”

“It arrived within 24 hrs of ordering . Shame it didn’t come in original packaging . And no paperwork about the tool and nothing to fill out for a Milwaukee guarantee .”

“Item arrived very quickly and was what I ordered. Only thing I questioned was why the tool I ordered didn’t arrive in its Milwaukee box, other than that, great service and best price at the time of purchase.”

“Only problem, when I opened wrapping the box was a different product , but inside the box was the correct product, I call the company before I opened it , they said we recycle boxes - fair enough but it should have indicated this as it’s off putting to customers.”

“My initial reaction to the impact wrench was one of shock due its small size. Thereafter, I understood why it was so cheap, the tool has carbon brushes. Nevertheless, the impact wrench successfully removed wheel nuts from my car relatively easily. Therefore, I am very pleased with my purchase.”
