“They were cheap, um, I paid my money and they sent me the drill I ordered. The drill appears to be exactly what i ordered and it was shipped on time I haven't had any reason to think about it further other than my card being declined, I wrote to them to let them know, they didn't reply but it doesn't matter. Not sure I can give much of an opinion but the drill is good (more of a reflection on Dewalt.”

“Great company but...please use a better delivery service than Parcelforce, it took me two weeks to get my parcel, they didn't even ring the doorbell!”

“Good prices , waited a long time for delivery so I rang up to enquire where the item was only to be told it had only come into stock the same day .I order products on the basis that it is in stock. I would like the option to cancel and order elsewhere rather than be left hanging with no communication until I chased the order. It was delivered very quickly once they actually had one to send me.”

“Delivered very quickly. Was told I wouldn't receive one item with the others, because they ran out of stock. But had the option to cancel that tool if I wanted. Good communication.”

“Impact drill w/out battery received as described and on time. Great value. Would have given 5 stars if item had been packaged better. It was just taped up into a different box. Would definitely use again.”
