“Great price, very fast postage. But found it a bit weird when my brand new Bosch impact driver turned up in a cardboard dewalt grinder box !! It doesn't really matter, but when I buy a brand new tool, I expect it to arrive in original packaging. It also caused an issue, as I was needing the specific Bosch tool number from the original box to register it for the Bosch pro deals ( I had to phone you up to get this number), hopefully I still get my registration correctly completed with the number you guys gave me over the phone!!).”

“The Power Tools UK ordering process was straight-forward and the communications were good. However, the orbital sander was wrapped in the manufacturer's plastic bag, then a bubble-wrap bag and finally an outer plastic bag - the result was that the hard plastic parts of the sander associated collection box were protruding on the outside of the package and quite vulnerable to damage when sending through the post. Fortunately the item was delivered undamaged - I've therefore given a 4 star review based upon the less than ideal packaging.”

“Good price and no problems with the product. Deducted 1 star because Power Tools UK said they'd send a message when they sent the package, but I didn't receive anything. That's possibly a bit harsh because the package came on time anyway.”
