The order was delayed and no compensation offered. Bought a circular saw on the link from official Bosch Professional site (Power Tools UK are the reseller): the saw arrived with a cheaper blade (Standard instead of Specialised), also the saw was minted on a plank base that does not have a groove for the guide rail, neither Bosch nor any other. Total false advertising and/or fulfilment. Complaints left without response; will pursue via Bosch complaints procedure. Cannot trust any trades these days.

Ordered boots and socks. Wrongs sizes came. No exchanges. Now I have to send them back at my 9wn expense in order to get a refund. Will not be stopping here again

Dear Mr Leneghan As explained as the time we do not exchange but offer a full goods refund on return for goods ordered in error by the customer. We informed you that we could assist be refunding on return allowing you to re-order the correct size. Damaged goods on arrival, contacted them and they replied very quickly however they never followed up on what they offered. I have since contacted them again and still no reply will not be using again!! Absolute rubbish!

Used Power tools previously extremely poor aftercare service, when my drill broke they said it is not their problem I have to take it up with Makita, only used this time as they were the only one who had the Milwaukee drill that I wanted

Dear Mr Lythgoe Following your post regarding "extremely poor aftercare service" on a Makita Drill previously purchased from us, I tried to find the order in question. Following information received back from you I discovered that the previous order you refer to was actioned back in 2016 over 4 years ago. As I asked you for feedback on the 2020 Milwaukee order not the Makita order 55 months ago looks like our service is now up to the mark expected by our large professional customer base as you decided to make no comment on the Milwaukee order Regards Lumsden Director Power Tools UK
