“They use Parcel Force as a courier, therefore we do not get the goods. had to cancel the order and will have to shop elsewhere. (Parcel Force say there is no one present at site, and will deliver next working day, the next working day comes, no delivery. This has happened previously, but notmore than one occasion with Power tools, had I known Powertools use Parcel force I would not have purchased from them.”
