“Having made an online order, I quickly received a message to say PT could no longer fulfil the order as they were out of stock. But, I received my refund in quick time and wasn’t kept waiting for days and even weeks. So whilst we didn’t do any business as such, I would say that my experience was a positive one.”

“I haven't had the chance to use the tool yet but as far as the purchase was concerned you could not want for better. In a nutshell, the price was right and the correct item was delivered in a matter of a day or two (It was over the weekend too).”

“I found you guys with the best price online for a Dewalt battery Strummer. It was delivered within 2 days to my local post office which was more convenient for me because of work commitments. On unpacking it i found 2 handle screws missing, i called the next day and they were sent straight and i received them within 2 days. Very happy with the product and the customer service. I would definitely use them again.”
