“Bought a Dewalt electric screwdriver and the wrong battery- 18V instead of 12V- they emailed me letting me know that the products weren't compatible and gave me a link to the battery that would actually work with my screwdriver. Excellent customer service, speedy delivery and they were also the cheapest for both the products. Can't fault them”

“Great service, except for your delivery company!! APC wouldn’t leave the package and only deliver Monday to Friday. Thus I’ve had to take time off work to pick it up. This will stop me using you in the future.”
