I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company, and it's hands-down one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever endured. Ordered goods that arrived faulty. When I complained, which was hard as you can't even get through on the phone, they dragged their feet for two entire months before finally issuing a refund. Two months! In what universe is that acceptable? We're talking about basic consumer rights here, and they treated me like I was the problem.
To make matters worse, I wasted two full days of my life sitting around waiting for their botched collection attempts that never materialized. Did they offer any compensation for my lost time, travel costs, or sheer frustration? Nope. Not a penny. Barely even a half-hearted apology – just some generic email that screamed "we don't care."
This isn't just poor service; it's outright incompetence and a blatant disregard for customers. If you're thinking of buying from them, run the other way. Save your money, time, and sanity. Zero stars if I could – they're lucky reviews forces at least one.”
