“The high chair I ordered was of great value for the price I paid and better still my granddaughter loves it. The quality and structure are excellent and my overall service with this company was very easy to follow will be shopping here again thank you Mrs Diane Andrew”

“Item out of stock, instead of stating that on line, payment was taken, i was then informed out of stock - no good to me I needed item asap! 3 months on I'm still waiting for refund - and they still sent the item 3 months later! Ridiculous! Never again!”

“Ordered travel system online and it came very quickly. Unfortunately, the system wasn't fully functional - the closing mechanism was broken. Contacted Pram Centre using their live chat facility, which was good initially but nothing appeared to happen. Waited around 1week and still hadn't heard anything back. Then had trouble contacting Pram Centre to actually speak with someone about the issue. They did however eventually call back but I had to resubmit my query, explain again the issue and provide (again) photographic evidence. I've now been asked to wait a further week before hearing back? Hopefully it gets sorted soon as it'll be over 2 weeks since purchasing it and I'm no clearer as to whether it's getting fixed, replaced or A N Other? Fingers crossed! It can't be used until it does...”

“Asked for best price on "Live Chat" was quoted a good price, but after about 15 mins the price was raised by £300 because of "input error on our new system". The new price is much more than I've been quoted elsewhere.....”

“Delivery was really quick. My daughter has her 1st birthday 20.01.17. I was worried that her birthday present wouldn't arrive on time. It arrived 2 days after ordering it. Also I paid less than half price so I got a really good bargain”

“Never received full order still waiting.phoned 3 times on phone for 1 hour each time to be hanged up on.absolute disgrace for a big company.now have to argue this out with them for items I didn't receive. They blame delivery company.but it there fault and there trying to fob it off and blame others as I still await a cradle n matress.I did receive a part parcel of 2 cradle bedding on that date but on parcel it states 1 of 1 parcel which with my brother being a delivery drIver has told me that means only 1 parcel was sent.which means 1of 1 and no othersI. e if cradle n mattress where also sent there should have been a 1of 3 and 2of3 and 3of 3 disgusting behaviour of a large company.sort it out and get my other items sent to me my daughter due in 2 days and am still left waiting with all the excuses”
