“After being advised that Pram Centre was very good I placed an order, a crib, mattress, sheets and bath monitor. When part of the order arrived it was broken, the crib had obviously been dropped and trodden on. I tried to contact them as soon as it arrived. I spend 3 days on the phone an hour each time, no answer, I sent complaint emails with pictures no answer, they have never responded and have failed to also send the rest of my delivery, I would not recommend this company.”

“I was wanting to buy a dolls moses basket for my granddaughters birthday. After being let down by another supplier I found Pram centre on the Internet and phoned them expressing the urgency of delivery. They said that delivery would be 2 to 3 days from receipt of the order and it was exactly that. Excellent service.”

“From start to finish this purchase was spot on! The sales team even went on shop floor and emailed me pics of the double pram folded down so I could see if it would fit in my car boot. Very happy with the service from strart to finish, great customer service great product. Would def shop againthankyou”
