“Do not order from this company! It’s a scam. I placed an order and they took my money but I never received it. I ordered in January and finally had to dispute my order with my bank to receive my money back in April. Buyers beware!!!”

“It’s disrespectful. You spend over $100 the customer help email does not work. They don’t respond to messages. It’s really like your taking a chance with your money you may or may not receive what you ordered. Love the products hate the company. I want to continue ordering but I can’t it’s torture waiting to see if you actually get a tracking number. I don’t gamble so not my thing.”
“Ordered Dec 8th for Christmas. Tracking just kept showing that a label had been prepared. Contacted them to see where it was and would it be here for Christmas. They replied and said it was on its way and I should have it in a few days. 12/27 and still not here. Contacted them again and was told they had lots of orders for the holidays and were trying to get everything sent out and my order should ship in a few days. They did tons of advertising before Christmas when they did not have the ability to actually fulfill orders. Still waiting to see if I actually get my order. I will not do business with them again even though their products look nice online.”
